I had an important revelation this morning. It had to do with personal issues that I have been carrying with me my entire life since my youth. These issues involve frustration, upset, blame, sabotaging my own life and success and a host of other negative patterns that began when I was small and continued in one form or another until recently. It’s time for me to let them go. I apologize to all whom I may have caused harm in the past. I forgive all whom I’ve blamed in the past. I love you all.

I really enjoy the tone of your blog over the last week. I appreciate your resolve in quitting smoking at 40 and alcohol at 50, as well as your commitment to writing/blogging daily. But to what end? What are you looking for? What are you goinf for? To give up something, is to have time and personal resources for something else. So I am wondering, “How would you artiuclate this something else?”
